Richard has over twenty five years of experience in designing electrical systems for commercial, educational and institutional facilities. His expertise covers all areas of electrical engineering including specification and procurement of major electrical equipment, design of power distribution systems to 15 kv. Areas of specific expertise include power distribution, lighting design, fire alarm, security systems, and cost estimating.
